Beware Pros: Vaulted ceilings, some units are by the woods, and location. Cons: Windows so old the dirt and mildew are all over and in areas where no one can get to to clean. I have to keep the blinds down when people are over bc it looks dirty, dirty, dirty. I was getting sick, mold inspector found it on coil. Property manager follows Pinnacle, and they will not give me a copy of the mold report, even though I live here. Burglary below me. Some salt on the ice or snow, but I fell bc they are pathetic. Pelican Cove Apartments is a crap hole!!!! Where to start. . . There is mold growing up our walls, inside the wall and out into our bedroom. A pipe burst and the apartment was flooded the first time, the second time we flooded the dishwasher broke. It took over a week each time to get the problems fixed. Our picture windows are not attached to the frames, so what ever the temp is outside it is inside. You can feel the drafts coming in the windows. Lighting is great. These are very nice size apt.1,2,&3 bedrooms. I feel safe coming and going diffrent hours. Price is a bit up there but quality counts. Lots of nice play area for the kids.
Nice place These are very nice apartments. They are a little pricey, but they are nice. They are fairly nice sized for an apartment. They have 1, 2 & 3 BR. They come with a washer and dryer. There is a pool, and a gym. The best thing is that nobody seems to be that nosey like many apt. complexes. You cant here through the walls. If something is broken or wrong they fix it FAST, usually the same day. The ladies in the office are very nice, and the maint. men are too.
We Love It! We moved in last year after downsizing from a 4 bdrm house. We love the peace and quiet, the trees, the nice folks, etc. Very pleasant and responseful staff!
Fly away from these pelicans In my opinion, Pelican Cove is the worst when it comes to communication between their staff and maintenance. The heat in my apartment went out twice and both times they took 1-2 days to come and fix it. Needless to say, I only stayed one year. Pros: Big, open space Cons: Maintenance was horrible at responding.
Nice place in Florissant Pelican Cove is one of the nicest apartment complexes in the city of Florissant. Many of their units have vaulted ceilings and large living areas. There are two pools and a tennis court on site. A work-out room is also available for tenants to use. PROS: Nice & Roomy CONS: Hot tub was broken the entire Year I lived there
