They were 25min late picking me up for my appointment and another 40min late picking me up from my appointment. I scheduled a week in advance, so there wasn't a reason to be late and even left a tip. 2 stars because punctuality isn't in their vocabulary and 1.5 wasn't an option.
The drivers,staff are so friendly. They really help you out. Usually every time they pick me up.
Our driver's name is Kevin and he was very sociable, he was also on time picking us up, which I really like he also didn't mind waiting on us while we went into the dollar store, he was very interactive in our conversations I'd give him 5 stars everyday he's definitely a keeper at HAT so anyone sees this review and needs transportation dont hesitate to give HAT a call!!!! Everyone there are really nice people very friendly. This is the fifth time that I have used them for a ride and I would highly recommend them to anyone
