I moved in around February and I must express my appreciation for the excellent services and the impeccable cleanliness of the unit. They even provided a welcoming basket with essential items for your home and laundry. It's the consideration that matters to me. The management team has done an outstanding job.
All these reviews must be paid off. They literally paid me to take a bad review down. Awful place to deal with. Came into some hard times and they don't make it easy. Court papers after 2 weeks of rent being late. We comminuted with them and explained and they always act so nice over the phone meanwhile filing court papers with the other hand. I loved living here this was my favorite apartment , they are quiet comfortable and clean And walkable to everything, and inexpensive. Never had issues with payments or anything . I moved out of state and i definitely miss this place .
The property managers are pretty good, the maintenance workers are super nice and helpful. The building is kept relatively clean. The elevator is tiny, you can maybe fit 3 people very squished together which isn't bad if you don't have furniture to put in. Apartments are nice but there are slanted floors and drop top ceilings.
