I would not live here. I have been trying to leave bc all he does is lie. He claims he is here Mon-Fri from 8am-4pm. There are times he doesn't come in all week long and takes forever to answer the phone due to this. He even yelled at me and my room mate for fighting at 2 pm when there is screaming past 11pm and he refuses to do anything. Cops do not respond for nuisance, they just tell you contact your landlord when he doesn't do anything. If I could I would put a 0!
