Everyone was unreal. Krissy, Sue, Monica, and Deb. And of course Dr Kim. Everything was beyond belief efficient, they took me a half hour early and I was out the door in no time. Highly recommend this center
The entire staff was excellent. The whole procedure was smooth and easy.
I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the care I received at [Surgery Center Name] during my recent colonoscopy and endoscopy procedure. After the procedure, I was left with a severe, painful, and visibly swollen bruise on my right arm, caused by the nurse’s improper handling. The bruising is extensive, incredibly painful, and has significantly impacted my daily activities. My care this morning at Huntingdon Valley Surgery Center was outstanding from beginning to end. I have been going there for years, and this visit did not disappoint. Nicole at the front desk was friendly, cheerful, and efficient. Erin in the PACU made me feel at ease. The GI suite nurses - Denise and Emma - and my nurse anesthetist, Maria, explained everything and made me very comfortable.
