The staff there were top-notch and very calming, which was very necessary for me. The doctor was great and it was all in all. I’m much better experience than I was worried about.
This was first visit to Huntington Valley Surgery center to get some work done. I was extremely pleased with the care,and attention I received from the team,,and the overall experience was awesome. The whole team were friendly,professional,and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable during the whole process. I had my second colonoscopy here today, and man, this place has the best staff ever!!!!! My first one was 5 years ago, and I had a great experience back then. To do this again, and have the same great experience is incredible. Everyone's so lighthearted and kind. Thank you Dr. Fassler and the many staff members I met today. From the front desk to the one's who were responsible for my life, THANK YOU.
Checking in was quick & easy and front desk staff was nice. I was called back within 10 min of my appointment time. I was really nervous about getting my first colonoscopy. Erin took me back and got me settled. She was was so nice, her light conversation really helped calm me. Other staff were great as well, including Lucy, Denise and Alisa. And Dr. Zebley is wonderful. I had an intracept procedure yesterday and staff was great, very caring especially nurse Ann in the after surgery area. She went out of her way to make sure I was ok and my pain was manageable! She is a great nurse.
