You can't get a person on the phone to make an appointment. You have to leave a message and wait for someone to return your call. But the problem is they never call you back. Terrible system, terrible staff, very rude and unreliable. If your child's actually ill and needs more immediate care, you can't get a hold of them and their answering machine tells you to call 911, so no point going to this office.
Horrible physician and practice, they should be shut down on how they treated my daughter. I'm not sure how Holy Redeemer Health System is allowing this practice the way that they currently do..
Dr. McLaughlin was my pediatrician and has been my sons for the past 13 years! She is wonderful and always goes above and beyond. When my son was sick a few years ago she called around the clock even in the middle of the night to check and make sure he was okay. She is the absolute best and I just adore her!
We absolutely Love, Love, Love,, Dr Elgie!!!! She has been our boys pediatrician since birth and they are 11 and 9 and our 9 yr old has Down Syndrome. Our boys love her! I remember when we had our first son, we did initially go to another pediatrician for a few weeks (lol) but I Never felt comfortable. As a new parent you have no idea who to go to.
