We have a very strong maintenance response that is on call 24/7. Property Manager is on site daily Monday-Friday and on call when off site. Our apartment living is quite and enjoyable.

I was going to move into a townhouse using sunbelt property management. Everything sounded perfect! Paid my $1999.99 deposit and received the lease and seen they do qtrly inspections. I then declined the rental. I emailed them at 430pm Friday stating I no longer want to rent the property and please refund my deposit. No response at all. My son stayed there 2 years. After the first year he got an 18% rent increase. Upon moving out we were charged a $150 cleaning fee, a $65 Carpet cleaning fee and a $200 tub re glaze fee. My wife and I moved my son out. we left the apartment clean. I dont know how a 20 year old wears the glaze off a tub...Forget your deposit when you move in.
Update 3/29/23 I'll leave my previous thoughts, but I should mention the Pros and not just cons. Walking distance to stores and restaurants is excellent and convenient! I'm from a big city and it was nice to be able to walk to the stores for must things. Pest control is excellent! You will get an occasional spider or Waterbug/ cockroach, but it's not a daily occurrence so kudos to that. UPDATE: They must've read the review because they've accused me of a disturbance! Lol! I have to say the best and most dependable maintenance man around is Jeorge!! No matter what the problem is he goes above and beyond to make sure it is taken care of. He has the biggest smile and kindest heart. Even my grandson who is now 3 knows his truck when he sees it and always says “call Jeorge” If there need’s something fixed.
