The previous owners, VDOT (Virginia department of Transportation) fully disclosed the asbestos content during the process of sale. Laramar chose to ignore all established Federal guidelines concerning asbestos abatement. (GREED) and thus, poisoned all existing residents and visitors to this property. I absolutely disagree with all the comments below. We lived there for a year, my husband is a Marine and we used the workout facility almost every day. It was updated with pretty decent equipment. It's small, but you can get almost any possible workout you need in. We have NEVER had a problem with management, they were nothing but good to us. Even if something was frustrating in the beginning they were so nice to us about everything. As for the asbestos shenanigans don't let residents fool you, it was tested and it's safe. H... read more
stay away from this place. Management is rude and keep raising rent. Asbestos found in building and EPA had to stop work. Residents may have been exposed to asbestos.
