I have been meaning to post a review about this apartment complex for about a year, my daughter and her family lived in this complex a year ago. Thank God they moved out. The management is lazy. My daughter had a leak behind the wall that they discovered as there was mold behind their dresser and the wall was mushy. My daughter reported it to them. They did nothing for over a month. Maintenance is awesome! Did my work orders completely and timely. Manager is great too. Love living here. Great location and school.

My first night in the Hunterwood Apartments. Smells like marijuana so bad. Upstairs neighbors sound like they've been herding elephants all day. I really wish I could have stayed here for one night before signing the lease. All I'll say is buyer beware.
