Maintenance is awesome! Did my work orders completely and timely. Manager is great too. Love living here. Great location and school.
My first night in the Hunterwood Apartments. Smells like marijuana so bad. Upstairs neighbors sound like they've been herding elephants all day. I really wish I could have stayed here for one night before signing the lease. All I'll say is buyer beware.
This property is managed my txa properties. They constantly cut the water off. Washer and dryers never work. Pool is always green. They don’t want to talk to you about work orders that never gets fixed. Stay away far away
