Pool has been closed two summers in a row now. Washers never work. There are maintenance men that live on property yet it take MONTHS for anything to get worked on. Ive had a broken sliding door since moving in and NOBODY has tried to fix it. There is trash all over the complex and management wants to threaten to fine us for all the trash. Oh and they said we cant have ANYTHING on our back porches. Not even kids outside toys. The way this place is ran is ridiculous. I have been meaning to post a review about this apartment complex for about a year, my daughter and her family lived in this complex a year ago. Thank God they moved out. The management is lazy. My daughter had a leak behind the wall that they discovered as there was mold behind their dresser and the wall was mushy. My daughter reported it to them. They did nothing for over a month. And prior to this, my daughter and her entire family had been having upper respiratory infections constantly. So when they discovered the leak, ... read more

Maintenance is awesome! Did my work orders completely and timely. Manager is great too. Love living here. Great location and school.
