This place is terrible at keeping on time appointments. No real instructions when you walk in. Just sign your name and wait and wait and wait. Even if you made the appointment time, wait and wait. One person working. And they put a sign up to tell you not to knock. Here is the thing, if you run a decent business and kept appointments on time, people wouldn't have to knock. Or wait.
I don't understand if Atrium Health labs are no longer accepting walk in patients, why is that not CLEARLY STATED on your web page? I needed a blood test done not knowing this information and walked into this lab at 4:30 pm with NO PATIENTS around and was turned away. I needed this test done for an appointment I have on Friday.
