I was at work having lunch, at 12:20 I broke my tooth. I was at their office by 12:50, in the chair by 1:15 and back at work by 2:30. Unfortunately the tooth was not able to be saved and had to be pulled. I went home from work early expecting to be in pain and dreading the evening. Back to work the next day with no pain and no pain the previse evening. Great experience, they were there then I needed them. Bret
From front desk staff to dental technician, Erin, to Dr. Kreeb (Kelly) the level of care was it's usual excellent! I talked to another patient later in the week and even without knowing who he went to, I knew he had to be talking about Dr. Kreeb. He was! The low pressure approach to care (and not trying to 'sell' you procedures you don't need) is refreshing. Always cheerful. Always thorough and professional.
They are so nice. They let me choose the flavor of the stuff they use to clean my teeth.
Been a patient for many years. I always get the best service and dental work if needed. Professional, friendly and I never dread going to the dentist because I know the experience will be nothing less than extremely great.

I never, ever write online reviews, good or bad…ever, but I felt this deserved one…this is my first for any product or service. I was a patient of Dr. Kelly from 2004-2009, every experience I had back then with her and her staff was more than exceptional. I left the area in 2009, just moved back to Huntersville 2 weeks ago, the friendly staff was able to work me in for a cleaning on short notice (early, at 7 am, which is wonderful for my schedule). The attention and service were great. The entire staff is courteous and professional. Dr. Kelly was very sweet and made me feel really confortable and relax during the visit.
