I have been here since July of this year 2022. This is my first time living in a apartment complex and we love it. We have no complaints at all and the amenities are wonderful. When we need some thing, the office staff and maintenance are there with no issues. If you are looking for a nice safe place to move in the concord area this is it.
I’ve lived here for a year and I was recommended by my sister who lived here as well. I really enjoyed living here the apartment was very nice move in was real easy, The manager Maggie is amazing! She came in here and started doing events like food trucks and other events so we as residents have something to look forward to in the community. I had an issue with some very noisy neighbors; unacceptable amounts of noise was coming from above and beside my apartment. Examples of which were children are rolling a chair of some sort in their kitchen area, stomping incredibly hard on purpose in my opinion, tv and music extremely loud all of which I called the front office and the police a few times. Safe community enjoy living in the same community as my family
Poor maintenance service. 3 service request put in to fix the AC, 3 weeks now and it has yet to be fixed. They only come out to look at the AC, and leave notes its fixed and its not. I was advised to open the doors and windows so that creepy crawlers can get in. So, now, not only is it hot inside your comfy place, there's a bug problem as well from leaving the door open and windows up. Best place to live in Columbia recommend you see the staff
I hated this place. My husband and I only lived there for two and a half months and had nothing but problems. They claim it is “all inclusive” when really, it’s not. The management is shady and it was nothing but a hassle living there. My husband posted a review and I couldn’t find it a few days later (it was a negative review). Do not live here unless you want problems and a completely overpriced place to live. You will probably be better off just renting a house.
I love this place. We moved into a second floor apartment for a year but due to health issues we are now in a first floor apartment and I love it.. So much better. The ladies in the office are always pleasant and will try their best to take cars of your issues you might have.
