Love the area. It's very serene, and well kept. Maintenance fixes issues in a timely fashion. Only issue is with upstairs neighbors who don't seem to care that people live below them. They're extremely loud and inconsiderate. That's my only issue. If they'd move out, I would be extremely happy.
