By not holding tenants hostage. Being able to raise the rent for any amount of your choosing any time should be illegal. This park offers nothing to the tenants not even a club house except the space you sit on other than small play yard for the kids. No utilities are included. Once you are here you are stuck. Everyone who has complained about HW is exactly correct. We have been here going on three years and only just found out why our grass won't grow. The yard has a big dip across the lawn that was used as drainage in the early years. Why the hell didn't they remove all the rocks and gravel and put in top soil and grow some grass?????????? Well, no they are waiting for some one to buy the place so they get the problem. That would be me and it will be a cold day in hell before I go to the expense of buying top soil. I have lived here for 10 years and it's really pretty quiet and peaceful.But,every year,the rent increases.Really?!Does or will it ever end?This year the increase doubled!I don't know if anyone else realizes this,but the state of Washington has no cap on rent and can be raised as many times as they like.But come on,EVERY YEAR?!Give us a break!Please?!On this particular day,my star rating is deminishing.........
