They raise the rent every time u renew your lease and dont fix things or replace the when asked. Me and my roommate have waited for a year for them to replace our dishwasher and fridge but they keep ignoring us we're probably not going to renew our lease this year.
Absolutely pathetic. $20 something for a single ac filter, when the ac rarely works anyway. Water is out all the time and there is zero compensation for it.
If the attached photos aren’t enough to drive you away, the air conditioning does not work but you still pay a hefty electric bill. Pay the extra money, stay at Las Ventanas
My apartment was left like this for the weekend right after our water being out for 12 days. I was also charged $25 for an ac filter. The home I moved into later, I bought a 12 pack of ac filters for $33….
I don’t think there is any excuse for how often the water is out, they say it’s because of the hard water but why doesn’t any other place have these issues? (Trust me I’ve asked around). Once Daniel left, the property managers went downhill, he at least cared about pleasing people and taking care of tenants. The last two care nothing more than to collect a paycheck and screw tenants out of more money to make the pathetic owners more money. Having the lowest rank in all of Alamogordo says a lot.
