Hunters Ridge is absolutely terrible. We have lived here a couple of months and have thought about breaking our lease multiple times. We have maintenance here almost every other week fixing something. Normally maintenance is apt to respond except when we had black mold growing in three different rooms. They took three weeks to even address the problem after we had called countless times and told that I was pregnant and the issue needed addressed immediately.
