I’d give it 0 if I could. They were the only choice I had, and they made it as difficult as possible. The apartment was gross. There was a noodle stuck to the ceiling when we moved in, my allergies have been going crazy from the dust coming through the vents and the mold… and I’ve never had allergy issues before. 3 of the 5 appliances have broken in under a year.
