10/10 price, staff, maintenance, grounds, pool, all the works! And they dont have to incentivize their tenants, friends, family or lawn workers to leave false good reviews looking at you 8108 w britton

Like the rest of the real tenanrs, we regretted leasing from The Retreat at Riverbend from day one - no water, no ac, absolutely filthy, doors broken in half, urine and rust stained carpet, unsealed toilet rotted out, holes in the walls and shower, mold and earwig infested, list goes on - to the point of leaving three months early *still paid, tho, dont worry* to come to Hunters Ridge. Been here 5 months and am not disappointed at all.

By far my best choice in 15 years and dozens of renting experiences. Came from The Retreat, so not hard to do better. However, this 1-bd has blown all the rest out of the water! Beautiful, spacious, so many ways to customize. Application process was quick and painless. Ac went out and was fixed within 48 hours. Could have been less had i said something quicker, whereas The Retreat took SIX WEEKS.
