Overpriced. Tons of issues. Ceiling leaking, neighbors noisy, people flying down the road constantly, trash area is way too small for the amount of people living here. And on top of that, the office is always closed. They fired the only person that was ever any help! Military beware. Yall can do better. Also, be prepared to have your rent increased yearly..
I lived here a few months shy of 5 years. There are a lot of soldiers that choose to stay here-it is a good location as it is not directly in town and up on the ridge of Junction City, but still close enough to two Ft. Riley gates. Great views of the town from the location, and the skyscapes are amazing as well. As far as the units, they are cheap in price for the amount of square feet in the units, a great bargain. Amazing customer service by Jeff! Thank you so much for helping my move here be as smooth as possible! Moving is always so stressful, but my stress was quickly alleviated ! I’ve only heard good things about the community from the locals! So excited to make hunters ridge my home!
I do not ever write reviews. But I am so pissed about the newest manager at this apartment complex that I need other people to know so that they do not rent here. Hunter’s Ridge started out as a great place to live. It was quiet, and the staff were kind and helpful. Since the newest manager took over, they have refused several times to help with pests and a couple of minor repairs. Lived here for two years. Good location and competitive price. Maintenance requests were handled quickly. Definitely nothing fancy. Liked the gym and pool being built in. Gyms good enough to figure out a workout nothing special. The two negatives I have are the physical security and almost every phone call was unpleasant and rude. When I physically went in the interactions were totally fine.
