RecommendedSo far, My apartment meets my expectations. I wish the 1st floor had sliding doors to the small patio , but i can live with that. The only real negative I can say is my neighbors above me that have plants on the patio, floods me on the lower level when they water them, kinda sucks to sit in a soaked lawn chair...
We are Going on our second year of renting here ..The office and maintenance staff both have been great and they get everything done for us in a timely manner..We have never had an issue with getting things fixed or questions answered..everyone is very friendly to us

Worst experience ever they never fix what they said they would fix jitsu the office is horrible they lie about what you owe and how you have to leave they hold your deposit and then they just wait a month and send me a bill for some crazy items it’s the worst management Boo nastiest place to live dog Pooh is everywhere by your doors they don’t care and my roof and ceiling not heavily not at any point of any day is very hard to get rest here horrible place to live and you can actually pm me for more truth
No one cleans the common areas such as stairwells and entry ways. I am breaking a lease because of this. The garbage area looks absolutely unsightly. Walls are paper thin.
