My favorite perk about Hunters Pointe is that property management is on-premise. They always respond with urgency for any issues, questions, work orders, etc. Any issues I came across, property management resolved.
Wonderful place! Military friendly and family friendly!! Mrs. Trisha is the best (best is an understatement) person ever! Treats everyone like family. I stayed there for almost 2 years no issues just wonderful and would highly recommend. Minutes away from base and shopping centers! The apartments has get togethers! All the time morale is very high! Would give this place so many stars!!!
My boyfriend and I left when the lease was up. Cleaned the apartment up, and now 8 months later we just found out he has a 3500 balance on his account. There was no damage in the apartment aside from a door that came off the hinge because the screws were to small (just needed longer screws). And he took off the electric door pad because we often go locked out because it kept dying and no one wants to have to continuously wait for someone to get there just to get in their home. If you are in the military! Go here! Customer Service: 5/5 Trish was extremely helpful with both my move-in and moving-out process. I didn't know when I was going to move out but I knew an approximate range. I communicated that with her and she broke it in a way that I can understand. She was flexible and available to answer your questions! General living area and home: 4/5 This area is pretty clean!
