The most recent manager, Kelly, is awful and I can’t believe she still has her job. So many of us are living with disgusting moldy carpet. All the appliances are old and dying. Maintenance is months behind for anything simple. Shame on you Conam & Chelsea investments for allowing this to continue.
This here could be so much better if they got rid of most of management some staff personnel also super rude all the time and don’t ask for any repairs that really piss them off if you really need to move here look out if not there better place in Carlsbad
I have lived at these apartments for quite some time and have never met such a rude manager. Recently a new management took over, a woman named Kelly. She is incredibly rude, always has an attitude, and very unhelpful. Kelly has absolutely no customer service skills, not a drop. There’s another lady in the office named Betty who to my understanding is not management but works in the office and she’s very kind and helpful.
