Loved living in this complex. Quiet neighborhood and close proximity to stores and restaurants. Kristy was always professional and made this a pleasant experience. Maintenance usually handled requests fairly quickly.
If you listen to the video that is linked to this review you can hear an interaction with Kristi the property manager. You may be able to hear me, but just in case. To walk from my car into the leasing office. I even mentioned to Kristi that I have a couple of requests and the first thing I mention that I need to be able to defecate in my own apartment and then spend about 30 days or so since I’ve been able to and that it’s been getting kind of ridiculous. I have tried reaching out to this complex and it rings once there is a voice that says hello and that's it, no response from the other end of the line
I have lived in Hunter Pointe for close to one year now. My exprience has been awesome. Kristy and the maintenance people are phenomenal. It is a quiet neighborhood and a safe one too.
Told me appt would be available. Paid $250 for their paperwork then they told me I couldn’t move in for a few months. Where am I supposed to go now? I lines my other lease up to end when this started.
