I’ve been living here for a year and they are absolutely ridiculous. I try to call the front office , no response . I try to go into the office during business hours and the doors always locked . I’ve been having issues of water coming out from under my floorboards and maintenance will come do nothing , say it’s fixed and leave . I’m not usually one to write reviews or complain but everywhere I step on my floorboards water comes out . Like I said initially the management here is a joke and so is their crew .

I had a tour set up for today at 3 PM so of course I arrive at the allotted tour time and come to find out nobody is at the leasing office. I had multiple residents tell me that they're never in office and one of the residents stated that her AC unit has been out for over a week and nobody has come to fix it. The resident also told me they're NEVER in the leasing office. & come to find out the "person" that I have been emailing with to set up the tour was actually AI. I lived here for 3 years and my original lease had my security deposit on it but the resigned leases did not list them so when I moved out they didn’t have it documented. They refuse to respond to me when asking for my security deposit and have sent my move out charges to creditors therefore effecting my credit score. This has been an issue for 5 months with no response or resolution. I will be contacting the attorney general. Why is there never anyone in the office. If you want to lease or have question who do you call or talk to? The new Management and leasing agents are not very professional or helpful and RUDE. They are taking residents money and simply dont care. Dont listen to those 5 star reviews they are getting money took off their rent or its family and friends to make them look good. If you can find somewhere better DO NOT LEASE here.
