Beautiful community with beautiful homes. Seems quiet but the signs on both entrances saying No Loud Music, No this, No that.. definitely detoured us. Either A this is a problem in the new community or B; HOA wants to let the new residents know who’s the boss. Either way it’s intimidating. We’ve toured 4 other DR Horton properties and have always lived in a HOA community and neither have these signs posted as soon as you enter the community. Seems really tacky. If you are looking for a new construction home that is conveniently located and doesn't break the bank, this is where I would start. Kasey and Rod are great to work with as builder reps. The community has some great floorplans.
Nice neighborhood, good builder. Buyers get a good product for a fair price
