One Star – Stay Away from Hunters Marsh Villas and Granite Property Management If I could give zero stars, I would. Living at Hunters Marsh Villas under Granite Property Management has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with housing. The staff is incredibly rude and completely unhelpful. My son recently moved here. Was recently renovated nice! Very clean complex. Feels safe. As a parent, I was impressed and happy to see such a nice place that actually he felt good in and not taken advantage of. It's an insult to call these apartments, they are more like single floor condos. He and his friend share a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with a single car attached garage.
