One Star – Stay Away from Hunters Marsh Villas and Granite Property Management If I could give zero stars, I would. Living at Hunters Marsh Villas under Granite Property Management has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with housing. The staff is incredibly rude and completely unhelpful. Any attempt to communicate a concern is met with attitude or outright dismissal. It’s clear they have no interest in providing quality service or even basic courtesy to residents. Maintenance?
