This building is located at a dream location for every commuter ( Don Mills & Shepperd ) 2 Minutes walk to Don Mills Station, Don Mills TTC Bus Terminal, 2 Minutes drive to DVP & Hwy 401 and of course a 2 minute walk to Fairview Mall just opposite the building as well as local Library, Community & Recreation center, Public schools, Freshco Grocery store and a beautiful park. Unfortunately, there are no zero stars. Definitely, my review is negative. You will live with cockroaches together. No attention and no treatment. My experience was completed by a BEDBUG infection, which left me with physical bites, mental distress, and financial loss.
-1 if possible. Dumpster of a building. Full of roaches and bedbugs, Rip-off and rude management.
