Every kind of pest you can think of, this place is infested with. There is ants, cockroaches, and beg bug infestations going on constantly. It's like a horror show living there. Every single year they apply for an above guidelines rent increase even though the building continues to be a dump. And they expect a crazy amount for rent too. Lived for a few years. The management is prompt and responsive, especially with maintenance request. People are kind and diverse. Quite neighbourhood despite being at a popular intersection (Don Mills & Sheppard). Plenty of options for groceries & public transport is just outside the building. Building is well maintained with regular clean ups (entrance, floor carpets etc). Not sure about the -ve reviews. It doesn't reflect my experience.
BEDBUG AND COCKROACHES ARE YOUR ROOMMATES Unfortunately, there are no zero stars. Definitely, my review is negative. You will live with cockroaches together. No attention and no treatment. My experience was completed by a BEDBUG infection, which left me with physical bites, mental distress, and financial loss.
Superintendent Milan is very handy and taking care of the work in great manner. Always ready to help. Happy to have him as maintenance person.
Love the pool in the summer, great management as well, Claudette has always been super helpful with any situation I’ve had
