Thank you to everyone who was honest in their reviews. I was planning on setting up a appointment to look at this complex but after reading some of the stories, I have changed my mind and I will look elsewhere.
Extremely poor management and very misleading representation. The buildings and apartments are old, dark, and nothing like the photos advertised. Once you move in, you can expect little to no support or attention from management. Reading their public responses here only highlights the disconnect—they present a polite, “sorry for your experience” image online, but that does not reflect how they treat renters in reality.
