Thank you to everyone who was honest in their reviews. I was planning on setting up a appointment to look at this complex but after reading some of the stories, I have changed my mind and I will look elsewhere.
Extremely poor management and very misleading representation. The buildings and apartments are old, dark, and nothing like the photos advertised. Once you move in, you can expect little to no support or attention from management. Reading their public responses here only highlights the disconnect—they present a polite, “sorry for your experience” image online, but that does not reflect how they treat renters in reality. Place is always good to me! Pricing is decent for the most part for now.
I was looking at apartments to tour and I found these. I scheduled an apartment walkthrough 2 1/2 weeks ahead of time and even confirmed the day before. I showed up at the talked about time, which was 1pm, and nobody was there. It said they’d be back at 10, and I just thought they forgot to take it down or something. I then called them 10 times, using 2 different numbers, one that is found online, and the other I’ve talked to them on.
