I have seen dr linda chan a few times, she is lovely and very competent. the same cannot be said for the receptionist, 4/10, must do better, very rude and cranky, i called today for an apt and she asked me what it was about, i was affronted by the rudeness and the invasiveness of the question. considering what they charge they should provide polite admin staff.
