I moved in Fountain Lake apartments in July and since the new management has took over in August the property and the management staff has been amazing to me. I love my apartment and the people around me are nice too and when I did have a problem in my apartment they told me the date and the time they will be there and they came and fixed the problem and they was on their way and I never had a problem since then. Been almost a month without all of our appliances since a power surge fried them. We've asked time and time again about them and they just keep dragging their feet on getting them replaced. Save yourself the time and money and go find an apartment complex where management cares about their people.
New company took over in August my fiancé and I moved out and in our lease nothing was mentioned about “professionally” clean the apartment. They will screw you out of your deposit. Never will rent from hunter hills or fountain lake with these new owners.
New company took over in August and it’s literally the worst establishment I’ve been too. They refuse to give us our whole deposit back even though nothing was damaged in the apartment. Save yourself the time and money and don’t live here. I’m sad the other owner decided to retire. It really is a shame
