They should make it clear up front, that if you do not have Perfect Credit and make $20,000 a month, you don't stand a chance in hell of getting in. I'm glad my son did not get one of these apartments. He found something much better and more affordable and they did not hold his past credit history or finances against him!!!!
Things inside my apartment were constantly broken, my apartment apparently flooded before I moved in and NO ONE told me until months afterwards. Not to mention they tried to blame me for something that wasn’t my fault. Save yourself the trouble and just keep looking for a different place.
Very clean with beautiful new amenities and landscaping. Perfect for residents who want a nice, quiet place that is managed well. Management listens and responds to concerns and takes care of problems with residents who don’t follow the rules. What more can you possibly ask for?
They have rodents, pot heads, terrible management that will tell you there are no rodents and pot is legal. They will harass you in your apartment if you left them a bad review.
