This place is horrible. The rent is way too high. Plus I just found out I got signed up for cable without my knowledge or authorization raising my rent 60.00 a month. They auto deducted it from my account which is fraud!! I’m contacting my bank and at the advice of legal council small claims court. A very sick thing to do knowing that people are already struggling due to covid.
This has been the worst place I have ever lived!!! If you’re considering it, don’t! You deserve better!
Their management doesn’t know how to do anything right. We’ve turned in three termination forms to end the leases and were told that it was terminated all three times. Only to find out 4 months later that they didn’t process any of the forms and we are still on the lease. Hi l am Joyce Simmons We moved in Sept so far everything is going fine no troubles.
Great neighbors and community. People are genuinely trying to get along and be kind to each other. I'm very happy with the schools and their staff. Like any place, it's what we make of it.
Beautiful community for my children to grow up in!
Maintenance issues. My home was never cleaned before I moved in in spite of having signed the lease a full 2 weeks before I moved in. It should never take 6 days to get maintenance to fix or replace a non working stove/oven when you have 4 kids living here. There have been multiple issues with getting things repaired and made right over the last 2 years. I can't wait to be able to move out of here!
