Couldn't have found a better place to call home! Debbie and Lonnie are so sweet and helpful! The property is clean and well taken care of. Its a quiet, safe place for kids. Lonnie is the best maintenance man, he's knowledgeable and everything is taken care of in a quick manner. Debbie is very approachable and easy to talk to with any problems you may have. Sensitive issues are always taken care of with understanding, compassion, and confidentiality.
Don't say anything to the property manager Debbie unless you want all the neighbors knowing. She's a known gossiper, very unprofessional.

I really like living at hunters gate. The property manager Debbie is so kind, she’s always willing to help if I need something. The maintenance guys Lonnie and Mike are incredible as well. They’re quick to fix the problem and they’re so nice and they interact with myself and my kids which is hard to come by. The neighbors are all really kind and I never have a problem with noise levels which is hard to come by in complex living.
