This gym has made such a positive difference in my physical and mental health since I started. The atmosphere and coaching staff are so welcoming and encouraging that it was not only a breeze but a joy getting back into being physically active. Updating review from 2 years ago... Hunter and Colton are the best trainers in Alaska! Mountaineers and Endurance Athletes you need their strength routine in your training plan! Seriously, I can't brag enough about this place! I went from having swollen knees after long hikes to carrying 50-60 lbs packs up mountains all day in a matter of months.
