It's a wonderful place to live, it's quiet, peaceful everyone is very nice. Our management Sam has been super helpful towards me and my husband especially first time moving in. And the maintenance are quickly there to fix something when we need it. I'm happy to be living in Redwood.

Redwood needs to clean their A/C ducts. The dust here is terrible. I have to dust every other day. We are breathing this and I know breathing this dust can't be good. I've asked for them to be cleaned and was told that can't be done because it costs too much. This is the responsibility of the landlord to clean the ducts. And the move out fees are crazy. Never heard of such.
Redwood is a pleasure to call home, offering easy access to stores and restaurants, beautiful wildlife, and a well-maintained community with a strong sense of camaraderie among neighbors and management. Whenever challenges have arisen, Will has been readily available to provide timely solutions.
The team at Redwood have been wonderful to work with and complete any request in a timely matter. It has been a great place to live
