I have lived here in the past for 8 years and just moved back. Sabra has been excellent, very professional and very friendly & more than helpful. The maintenance crew has been nothing but friendly, helpful, and professional. I'm so glad to be back home!!
Where to start. The house is basically rundown. Sure the new management is putting some upgrades but when you have a ticket pending for 8 months to fix a leak from the floor where sewage is entering the kitchen and you close the ticket and don’t make yourself available ever and everything when the office is called it goes to voicemail and no one returns, I am sure the management is trying its best to be better. I moved into Hunters roughly two months ago. I cannot rave about Gina & Sabra enough. They made the move in process unbelievably seamless & easy. The grounds are kept really clean as well as the buildings. The hallways are always clean & well kept. The laundry room is SO clean which is so refreshing as someone who was using a laundromat for two years. Sabra is so, so attentive, communicative & compassionate. She truly goes above & beyond - even staying with my two cats while I needed work done in my apartment & I was at work... read more
