I have been going to Doctor Amber and her father for 10 years. It is a very kind thorough staff that does great cleanings and gives personal attention. They also have different options for payment.
The kindest dentist office! The doctor is very personable and the front desk is kind, helpful and knowledgeable. It’s so wonderful to find a place like this nowadays.
BEWARE!! Don't waste your time here. Like others who have commented, I experienced an unfriendly and highly $$/insurance focused staff. Waisted my afternoon. Dr Amber refused to recement my front veneer, insisting I needed 2 crowns. She ignored the urgency of my infected tooth, stating I needed implants. She prescribed meds and staff said they would give me a call in 2 wks after they hear back from my insurance! That was Monday. Friday... After making an appointment for a tooth extraction and the Orlando Health communicating with them for a dentist consent. Due to the fact that I had an appointment for a valve replacement they refused to do the extraction after waiting in the room for 15 minutes. The receptionist was very rude an told me to leave since I wasn't happy with their decision. They did not apologize. The excuse given was the the doctor was too busy.
