Had ONE appointment with this place over 2 years ago. They didn’t bill my insurance co or send me a bill, just random “balance forward”statement for $421.00. Mind you, this was an initial visit, no cleaning and IN NETWORK with my insurance. I had to contact my insurance company to see what I actually owed. They put me on hold to call this office themselves to get them to submit the visit to the insurance company. It took until a full year later for them to bill the insurance company and then I got the EOB. I still never rece... read more
Dr. Kang and her team are phenomenal. I’m so happy I found their office.
Great dentist, billing department is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Can’t seem to get a straight answer from anyone. They are quick to send you a bill, but don’t want to explain why. All we ever get is stupid looks when we ask to please break it down for us. I will not be going back there.
Always on time and caring staff!
