I want to give a shout out to the terrific maintenance staff here. Whenever I call for a repair it has been completed the next day! I even needed a new washing machine one time and that was also installed the next day! Thank you guys for your skill and expertise!

I just signed a lease and have not moved in yet, but my experience so far has been excellent thanks to the office staff who are very friendly and helpful. I had brief but pleasant encounters with Andi and Haley, and Sam, who I worked with more closely, was absolutely wonderful! She was responsive and very helpful with finding me what I was looking for. I have lived here for several years and it’s a great place to live! Upkeep is really spot on! Maintenance is always prompt and helpful! I have no complaints! Since they got a new snow removal company this season, it’s been so much better than previous years. I hope to stay as long as possible!
These people have no class. Edit: imagine going out of your way to argue every bad review. To be clear, my roommate was evicted 12 years ago and they decide to publicly post about my credit. Seriously... if you want your "bad credit and rental history" mentioned in public apply here! These people have no class and immediately jumped at the opportunity to answer the review.
