I have lived at Hunters Creek for 13 years and had a great experience. Their staff is friendly and professional. The grounds and building were always clean and tidy. Their maintenance did a great job usually fixing the problem the day of. Also, they have usually monthly events of free food and/or prizes. The prizes are really nice too! I would highly recommend living at Hunters Creek or any of the Goldleaf Development residences.
I want to give a shout out to the terrific maintenance staff here. Whenever I call for a repair it has been completed the next day! I even needed a new washing machine one time and that was also installed the next day! Thank you guys for your skill and expertise!
2 years now and a very safe place, Plenty of Police live hear. Very quiet at night.
I just signed a lease and have not moved in yet, but my experience so far has been excellent thanks to the office staff who are very friendly and helpful. I had brief but pleasant encounters with Andi and Haley, and Sam, who I worked with more closely, was absolutely wonderful! She was responsive and very helpful with finding me what I was looking for. I have lived here for several years and it’s a great place to live! Upkeep is really spot on! Maintenance is always prompt and helpful! I have no complaints! Since they got a new snow removal company this season, it’s been so much better than previous years. I hope to stay as long as possible!
