This place is good. Rent prices can be a little steep after all the fees. But one thing I will say is that maintenance is fantastic. David shows up within a day or so of any request we out In. He always takes the time to do things right and make sure that if there is anything he can help with he does. Im so glad to have a good maintenance guy like him helping out the people who call this home. Thankyou David. Been here since middle November Anything that has happened to apartment they been right on it Very nice people in the office Very helpful
Most everything is fine but I opted out of the 14.75 earlier in the year and the last few months it is changed to me. Never need this option. Thanks
