As a current resident. 1 bedroom was raised to 1550. Idk about 2 bedroom. But I'm sure it'll go higher. To transfer it will now cost 1000 dollars. So when you transfer yes you pay half rent but include the fees. Total in a month you'll pay over 4000. So the first you'll pay half month from first to 15th and that'll be over 1000. This place is good. Rent prices can be a little steep after all the fees. But one thing I will say is that maintenance is fantastic. David shows up within a day or so of any request we out In. He always takes the time to do things right and make sure that if there is anything he can help with he does. Im so glad to have a good maintenance guy like him helping out the people who call this home. Thankyou David.
