This florist was extremely unprofessional when handling my company's order. We have recently had a death in the family for someone very dear to our company and were trying to send over flowers as soon as possible. On the website, it stated the flowers would be delivered Monday (Memorial Day) but did NOT state that they were closed or that it would be delivered at a later date. Very bad customer service. Ordered a sympathy arrangement online and received an order confirmation. Order was never delivered so I had to call the next day and request details instead of the florist giving me a courtesy call. I understand it was a holiday but that does not change the fact that the date was "available" online. That is not the customer's fault. Maybe the shop needs to update their availability online or pay attention to the information they provide. Very poor communication.
