It is a terrible place. My air conditioning has been out since 4/12/2021 , the maintenance guys came over one time, and never came back. I have Black Mold in the bathroom, they painted over it a year ago, and said it was treated, It's BACK. I emailed the owner's at western wealth communities in Arizona and the new manger Ms. D****, I have also met with her Ms. D**** on 4/28/2021 face to face, and she has done nothing to correct the problem, She did say her manager would be in touch, and refused to give me that manger's infor... read more
