I have 1 year of living at Ronan apartments and this is what I have experienced…an amazingly attentive and understanding office team lead by an incredible management staff and a maintenance crew that is far superior and knowledgeable to any other I have experienced in past residences. MUST READ!!! SEE PHOTOS BELOW!!! If I could give it ZERO stars I would!! Absolutely NOT. The young office lady wasn’t pleasant at all, very minimal interaction with potential renters (me). The apartment is very small & over priced for a 2bed 2bath - $1500+ for rent (which is not posted in the listing on the advertisement on apartments.com), extra fees “admin & pest control”, water is NOT included. Assistant manager and manager and the leasing agent lady are extremely nice very polite, as well as the maintenance and ground keeper..BUT The corporate seems to not care so much for the property.. someone came out today with a :(one) weed eater only and tried to do the landscaping on the property which hasn't been taken care of and probably a little over a month weeds were knee-high and most areas and even higher than that in others areas of the property.. backyards of most residence that have grass & not mud their grass an... read more
