Mark has been a sensation for my FIL through the process of helping him lock in an apartment. He is professional, polite, sincere and very knowledgeable. He was great at communicating with me and getting back in a timely manner. The apartment tour was great and very informative. This process has been super easy and convenient. The property was clean, quiet and looks safe. I would recommend this place to others as one of the best places we've looked out in Clermont County in regard to price for what you get/location.
So when I lived there, it was originally Quail Creek, which also I would’ve given one star it took three months for my son‘s bedroom to get ready and throughout the multiple owners we’ve had getting in contact with anybody over email is a pain in the butt, so you either need to call which I will say about eight times out of 10 they will pick up. Would highly recommend signing a lease here. Management is very friendly and easy going. Mark has exceptional customer service, will help you with anything.
Property manager Mark and the maintenance man Jordan seem like really nice and sincere people. Mark and Jordan were super patient with us during our tour and answered any questions we had. Mark even offered us drink, and was patient and understanding when my toddler was having a mid day meltdown. Overall our experience was excellent and hope to move there soon!!
