They changed the name in order to get out from underneath the bad reviews from Quail Creek Town Homes. Look them up for reviews past 2022 when they bought it. I caught them several times trying to scam me on my water bill. When I asked for a break down they refused to give it to me and kept changing the way they calculate it. Eventually I had to confront the water company directly to bring them receipts on how they overcharge. They blamed RealPage, a company that handles billing for most rental properties across the US. I went on a tour recently at Hunters Court and we loved the property. We met Hayley and Shawn & both were very nice and welcoming. They provided great information about the property as well as answered any questions we had!
I think Hayley and the management office including Shawn have been awesome. Any problems you have are corrected quickly. And what is more important the staff is always available, which to me is so important! I would give Hunters Court 10 stars if I could!
Shout out to Haley and Shawn for all their hard work in our community. Appreciate Haley's communications during our winter storm regarding snow removal. Would really like to have another dumpster on the premises, as it seems having only 2 is not enough for our property. Have been a resident since 2012 and looking forward to the continued improvements I am sure are on the horizon.
