Property manager Mark and the maintenance man Jordan seem like really nice and sincere people. Mark and Jordan were super patient with us during our tour and answered any questions we had. Mark even offered us drink, and was patient and understanding when my toddler was having a mid day meltdown. Overall our experience was excellent and hope to move there soon!!

One of the worst places Ive lived. For starters it takes several weeks to get anything fixed. Our dryer vent got clogged up and wouldn’t dry anything anymore, it took them over a month to even come look at it, and then they lied to us and said that they cleaned out the vent, while we took the vent apart ourselves, and it was completely with lint and mold. Nobody cleaned it out as they said. The landscapers very rarely come but when they do, they will show up literally on your front porch with a leaf blower at 9 AM on the dot... read more
I personally live in the neighborhood down the street from the townhomes and my parents just moved into these townhomes to be close. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mark and how he stood with us since the beginning of our moving journey. He knew how stressful our situation was and he did everything in his power to help us till the very end. I simply cannot thank him enough for all he has done for my parents and myself. Thank you so much Mark!!
We had some issues a while back, but ever since Mark and Jordan took over here, it's been smooth sailing. Any time an issue has come up since they arrived, it's been taken seriously and dealt with pretty soon after making the request. They're both great people and take pride in their work, and it shows here on the property. Highly recommend!
