I moved to Hunters Chase from North Jersey to be closer to my family in the South Jersey/Philadelphia Metro. I moved into a 1 BR w/Den Apt. on 8.30.2024. I paid approx. $2,200 a month for rent, apt. insurance (their insurance), water, sewer and "convenience fees." There were banging noise issues with the side-by-side neighbors to me which I reported to the property management several times.
