I had a wonderful experience touring the property with Ms. Fatima. The grounds were beautiful, and she was kind, professional, and very informative during the tour. Unfortunately, my interaction with the property manager was the complete opposite. She came across as rude and dismissive during our conversation. Moving is already a stressful process, and her attitude made the experience unnecessarily frustrating. The staff is friendly and well versed in the property and it's assets. Enjoyed the tour and getting to know the property through their expert knowledge of the leasing process. Definitely looking forward to calling Hunter's Chase my new home.
My experience at Hunters Chase was great. Fatima was very nice and friendly. She really tries to help you and make sure you get the best rates and what fits you. I would recommend anyone to go there if you're looking for somewhere to stay.
