This is the worst apartment to stay in Miamisburg. And because of this community the other apartments near by will loose credibility. So here at hunters chase the price you pay for the utilities will change every month. Today you will pay $5 for trash and from March you will pay 29 dollars. The water and sewage charges are not based on the usage of your unit. I dont even recommend this to my enemies.
I have been waiting for my deposit refund from 3 months but not getting any response from apartment management. They always make excuses like we are busy, we need to talk to corporate office or we will call you back in sometime which never happens. So if anyone expecting deposit refund please forget. Staff is not courteous while talking.
