I asked for a quote for chimney repair, someone came out to my house unannounced when I was not home. The quote was poor due to not getting the information they needed. The scheduled appointment showed up a few days later with the quote. Not happy. The inspection was poor and cleaning was a joke, as well as expensive. I will not use them again.
