Horrible beyond belief! My daughter is 4 days out on a fever roughly and they denied any medicine which I’m in preference of however 4+ days out I’m assuming she needs it at this point they require an additional doctors visit because your practice is so slow and desperate of another insurance office visit payout when you said to call that’s wrong! 11/10/2025 better off with urgent care done with your horrible practice
The doctors are great however, very difficult to get in touch with anyone to schedule and they take a very long time to call back. It is very frustrating especially when your children is sick.
Been with the practice for years and thrilled they opened a Hillsborough office. Lori I is amazing and with her diligence and listening to everything we were experiencing, helped get my son the help he needed. Thank you!
Difficult to schedule. Phones are not answered . Never returning calls. Impossible to get records
