I recently had a second appointment with Dr Viradia. My scheduled time was 3:30 PM. I arrived at 3:15. 3:35 I was put in a room where i remained for more than 50 minutes without anyone seeing me. I saw Dr. Viradia 2(?) Years ago for vomiting, dizziness, aphasia, and other symptoms when my head is unsupported by a neck brace, or when tilting my head down. He refused to do imaging for conditions my other doctors suspected I had, misdiagnosed me with occipital neuralgia, and tried to force me into getting nerve ablation and injections my insurance did not cover. Excellent practice! I'm a 46-year-old man and most Dr.'s would be incredulous to entertain the thought of me being at a Neurologist for Alzheimer's disease. The truth is, I have a very prominent gene on my mother's side of the family that has caused this concern. I met with Dr. Viradia and at first, he was puzzled why I was there. Exceedingly please with Dr. Viradia at Hunterdon Neurology. He understood my tmj jaw problem, got pre-approval from my insurance and gave me Botox, which has greatly decreased my pain levels and restored function. Great personality - really listens to your concerns and advocates for you to your insurance company. I had my forehead, temples, jaw and back done and what a difference it has made. My pain levels have significantly decreased.
