This hospital likes to send you a final notice 3 years later and tell you they are sending you to collections even after you paid your bill 2 years ago :) When you call, you can’t speak to anyone and they talk to you like you’re actual dog shit on the ground and get aggressive over the phone. I hope they are aware that continuing to threaten or attempt to collect a debt that has already been satisfied may constitute a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and other applicable state laws. I would give zero stars. This ER hospital and floor staff are the worst by far. I came here for an emergency and every person I came in contact with said something else. They are so unprofessional. For example. Putting a blood pressure cuff directly over my IV needle where do these people learn this stuff. ER said things that the floor staff said something totally different. I was in the ER on Thursday 2/19 (around 6:30om) for chest pains and shortness of breath. As soon as I checked in I was immediately brought to triage. They moved me so quickly because of my symptoms and I was so happy about that, as I was terrified and not feeling well at all. The nurse that took my blood and did my EKG was absolutely AMAZING. I was there for a plethora of reasons. Out patient mental health. They did nothing but worsen my PTSD and cPTSD, and force me to take meds that caused me to lose my eye sight. When I was hospitalized later for my mental health they themselves worsened. I saw many sleeping nurses, nurses bait patients into aggressive behavior, then laugh at them. Spent the night of Wednesday Jan. 28th in the ER here, and I wanted to compliment the ultrasound tech on duty that night. She was friendly, kind and professional, and our interaction reassured me that I'd get quality care here despite seeing some concerning reviews of this hospital online. Great person to have on your staff
