Never take a loved one to this hospital. The complete lack of communication between ER to main hospital staff and particularly to transport staff who manhandle patients who are in extreme pain. The pain specialist showed up for 5 minutes and left never to be seen again and provided no actionable strategies for pain management. Doctors believe it is appropriate to leave detailed voicemails for a patient’s family members and avoid any face to face meetings with family. I just spent 24 hours in Hunterdon Medical Center for a knee replacement. From start to finish….5 STARS. Out standing treatment from everyone…..food was fantastic!
The patient advocate office has a nasty vicious hateful receptionist that was cruel and vicious to me and I have a mental health disability and am 60 .She was a horrible person who upset me I was shaking and all because I needed help coordinating transportation to and from hospital for a colonoscopy.People in this hospital need to fire this vicious hateful monster.
This is Amy Aulert my mom was brought to Hunterdon medical center on wed morning this week.. She was in room 530 I have to say that this wonderful nurse Heather who mentioned she was not normally at Hunterdon and lived an hour away from the hospital. I have to she was absolutely so kind caring and so helpful to my mom!! She was just so amazing and caring!! And her and another kind sweet nurse helped her get into bed at the end of the day..
